Gave the new Seaskin it’s first dip yesterday in a UK quarry 6C (43F) and it preformed brilliantly. No leaks and even after 0:50mins still warm in the 250 under suit. I do need raise my twins as couldn’t quite reach the valves but that’s nothing to do with the suit

yes as Stuart said, the basic suit does not have a full telescopic mid section, just a bit at the back. Thanks, can’t wait till I get the chance to try it hopefully the 11th our local quarry is then open.

That is a fair comment, over the years I’ve owned about 8 or 9 suits and all needed a bit of alterations or some time to get used to. My last suit was a OThree and even that didn’t feel as though it fitted quite on land but was great under water. I’m expecting the Nova to have some issues but...

Yes I ordered the Nova, thanks for confirming I ordered correctly. I did read the info on the Seaskin website but there is nothing like getting first had knowlage. When di you get your suit? are you happy with the build quality?

Totally agree on all points but if you get a chance to cave dive in Mexico then do it, I did it 10yrs ago and it was well worth it, not only for the diving it’s self but for the mind set of many of those involved, not the macho group you would expect but a real practical level headed out look.

My diving these days is very recreational (with the occasional shallow commercial dive, Less than 10m), although I often dive solo, and therefor need to be able to get in and out of my kit with no assistance.
