I know many divers are also pilots so I have a SWEET Cherokee 140 FOR SALE.

Looks like a good VFR/IFR plane to fly to dive sites!
About as expensive as a new car.
You could easily use it to get your pilots license too.
 
Very nice 140. In my opinion, the hershy bar winged PA-28-140/150 Cherokees made much better trainers than the later semi-tapered winged PA-28-151 Warriors.

Low time airframe, low time engine, great paint and interior, decent avionics, later model throttle and mixture console - 140's don't come much better than that.
