2011 PADI IDC crew pack for sale

I have a 2011 PADI IDC crew pack for sale that is all new still in the shrink wrap except for the Open water training dive lesson planning slate and the confined water lesson preparation slate. These two slates I used for my IDC but they are still in perfect shape. The holographic sticker is also part of the sale, do not bye an IDC crew pack from anyone if it does not have the holographic sticker because you need it for your EI! I would like $400 for it shipped in Canada or the US but I will consider all reasonable offers.

PADI just announced changes to the IDC crewpack for 2012. +1 on the need for the hologram.
