Even in 'Murika they are known as 3 liter cylinders. Roughly equivalent to 19 cubic foot aluminum cylinders, and 2 liter cylinders are roughly equivalent to 13 cubic foot cylinders. See, those rebreather types just think they're smarter than us knuckle draggers.

actually 3 liter tanks are closer to 23 cu ft.
Chug - you can see Blue Steel's specs on their website. I think it's an FX23DV.

Yes, I was talking size that Chug might have seen, not capacity.
