A few from Komodo, Indonesia

So a few from our Komodo, Indonesia trip. Enjoyed our time on the Komodo Dancer, decent boat, great crew, wonderful destination. Water was a little chilly, wish I had brought my 5mm. Trip report in a few weeks.

Did not even see the shrimp when taking the shot, lol.

Cannibal Rock was incredible

Those are some significantly nice pictures. I was there 2-1/2 years ago on the Pelagian ... probably the best tropical diving I've ever done ...

That photo of the nudibranchs n shrimp is beautiful! Was looking at the 2 lovely nudis & concentrating on how sharp the rhinophores are, how lovely they are curled on the coral (or sponge?) & kept thinking where the heck is the shrimp, maybe in the photo above?! When I finally saw the shrimp & then the egg ribbon, really make the photo very special.

mjh, I can see two yellow leaf fish in that pic. (top and bottom) Did I miss some more? I'm going with my partner. We'll have 5 days in Bali before hopping on the Grand Komodo's Nusa Tara boat for 7 days.

How did you take they last pic? Did you use a blacklight? I tried that on my bonaire trip - couldn't get it to work - not enough light.

Trying not to think about it. Have to get out and figure out the weighting for this new wetsuit. It will be the other end of the spectrum from Komodo....
