Below the surface
there are creatures galore..
and unlike your mother-in-law
they're no bore!

So gather your gear
and put down that damn book
it's time that we all
go out for a look.

Down to the dive boat
and off to the sites...
get it the water
and bring your dive lights!

Look in the cracks
the crevices and holes
is that a moray eel?
a fire worm or a mole?

Look up above when
that shadow passes
it may be a manta a shark
or some wrasses...

Check on your gauges
be sure of your air
keep an eye on your depth
and dive in your pairs

Over the reef tops
and all through the wrecks
picture the lives
that walked down those decks...

It's time to go up now
so ascend nice and slow
if you go up to fast
your lungs they might blow...

Arrive on the surface
and signal the boat
put air in your BC
so you'll stay afloat

Prepare all your stories
your lore and tall tales
tell all your family
how you dove with the whales

Get on the Internet
on scubaboard.com
and tell everyone
how you are "Da Bomb"

Best diver ever
I've now done 2 dives
and the best part of all
Is I'm still alive...

Remember Newbies... a Good Dive is any Dive that you get back on the boat... and live to dive another day... Happy Diving

Sweet!
well done ghostdiver1957.
