It has now been 5 years since I have last been underwater due to a stroke, but I have not forgotten the thrill it gave me when I first experienced it, over 40 years ago. I continue to answer the questions of "newbies" as if my last dive was an hour ago, and hope they catch the bug as I did, on that very first dive.
