Adapter for MMIIex wide angle lens ?

Hi there,
I'm wondering if there is an adapter available so that I can use my old MMIIex
16mm lens on a screw mount housing with 46mm thread?
If not, can the lens mount on the 16mm MMIIex lens be swapped out for a different mount (nikonos for example) that might accept an adapter?

Unfortunately, SEA&SEA has not made any MMII-EX 16mm adapters and film accessories have been discontinued for several years. A third-party option may be available, however, we are not aware of any.
