I'm adding a second strobe to my D50 Ikelite rig. It currently has only a single DS50.

I can't afford a DS160 at the moment, so am debating between:

- used DS125

- new DS51.

Thoughts? Advice? Consideration? Thanks!

Phil

ps: for background, my typical dive environment is warm saltwater. I use primarily three lenses: Nikon 60mm macro; and Nikon 12-24mm or a 18-55mm zoom.

The single most important thing to remember is that you can not have too much light at your disposal underwater! I would opt for the more powerful DS125!!!!!
