What is the best time to dive ye ole Barrs?

http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/deep-dixie-divers/266716-theo-baars-bridge.html

Best time to dive is an hour or so before high tide. If you do it right, you can get two dives in before it changes direction.

Second best is perhaps an hour before low tide.

You absolutely, positively MUST pull a flag, or you're just asking for a new sea-doo hat. We parked on Tranquility lane on the Southern Shore, then walked East until we almost hit the first property line. Then it's straight out across the water till you hit the pilings.

Good luck, and be careful.
