Hi All,
First post but I have been following this site for quite some time. Thanks everyone for all the useful information posted.
I am interested in recommendations for an excellent advanced nitrox/decompression procedures instructor in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am located in San Jose, so anything from Monterey to S.F. would work. Someone who will take the time and effort to properly teach me the knowledge/skills and not just push me through the course, as well as someone who would be interested in continued diving post this course.
I have gone to several of the local shops and spoken with the instructors, but I anticipate there may be a number of instructors on their own who are excellent teachers that I haven't identified. I've had my best results with these type of instructors as I have gotten way more out of their courses than with a typical group run out of a high-volume dive shop (e.g. we did 8 dives as part of my advanced certification covering substantially more material than was required).
Thank you in advance for any recommendations.
Best regards,
Mike
