scubaho once bubbled...
Photo taken in Fiji. I am guessing that the fish is going thru a life change of some sort?

It is an Orangefin Anemonefish (Amphiprion chrysopterus). They are very common in Micronesia and that part of the world. I have no idea why it has the excess blue between the two vertical strips unless is sick or just a bad picture. That is not a typical one and it doesn't look like a transition from juvenile to adult.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for the input. I will try to scan at a little higher quality. It appears to be fully grown female. I wonder if it is a hybrid mix?
