Liability insurance isn't required becuase of the laws here and teh way the legal system works. Basically you go to jail

I believe that DAN Europe offers some sort of liability insurance for instructors under their insurance for instructors but not sure of the details.

As I understand it, the wording on the Pro level Dan Europe insurance got changed regarding liability

Some people here use Divemaster Insurance - Their policy doesn't include coverage for the USA, Canada, their territories or possessions and isnt available to citizens of these territories.
