I have questions about flying small hops when diving several islands.

1. Someone told me that the planes that fly among the Caymans are pressurized to sea level because of the large number of divers flying on them, meaning one would not have to wait before flying. Does anyone know if this is true?

2. How about flying small planes between islands, say going from Bonaire to Curaçao? How high do those planes fly, and if it is not high (say 2,000 feet or so), how long should one wait before flying?
