Always carry on my regs & comps. The only pain is having to open up the bag to show them.
Main problem is with dive lights loaded with batteries as they look much more like bomb arrangements.
Funny thing is if I choose an x-ray machine with a woman operator they always insist on a manual verification. If I get a male x-ray operator and I tell him what it is while he's scanning, many times they will want to demonstrate their superior knowledge and say "I know what it it is buddy" and wave me through.

Never a problem cept having to turn the computer on for the inspectors.

yeah- no worries- just don't have it all packed in too tight and be prepared to show it off- oooeeer
