Do you know where the video is from?

It could be a toadfish, batfish, or frogfish, but there's not a lot of definition in the color.

I think it might be a Striped Frogfish.
I agree... it sure does look (and move) like the striped frogfish in the video.

Seeing a frogfish in Bonaire (and being able to navigate back to it) was one of the highlights of my short diving life. They are very strange creatures indeed.
