I saw this critter at Shadow Reef in Raja Ampat during my recent trip. The 'horns' and gills suggest a nudibranch but the body resembles a flatworm. What is it?

Thanks. It certainly looks like the one in the second picture of your link. Mine was a deeper green and I had to do a double take to make sure that it was not a lump of coral.
