I am thinking of getting one because it has good colour and is not quite expensive ($4500 hkd). Any comment on it? Moreover, it has an 18lb and 28lb lift weight, which one is better? ( I am doing single tank diving and not going into tec in the coming years).

I don't know anything about that BCD, but would definitely choose the 28lb lift version over the 18lb. 18lbs may not be enough lift for heavier steel tanks.
Have you considered a backplate and wing setup instead of a BCD? They're modular so you can mix and match wings to the backplate/harness.
