I'm taking my 7mm one-piece down. If I get too hot, I'll rent a 3 or 5, but I think I'll be comfy. I get cold easily. When I was talking to the dive shop, they said some of them use 7mm in the winter.

Hi Aaron,

You should be okay with 7mm. You won't need a hood so that'll keep you at a comfortable temperature. You won't need gloves but a lot of people like to wear then just for protection.
