I recently added an Airsource III as an alternate air source/BCD inflator to my ScubaPro MK25 and SeaQuest Pro QD BCD set-up. When I attempt to orally inflate the BCD via the Airsource III - while pressing the oral inflate/deflate button - the air escapes through the Airsource III regulator exhaust rather than being channeled into the BCD. Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong or how to correct the problem?

Thanks in advance.

Jason

Are you sure you didn't hit the purge button on the reg?

Thanks. I think that I figured out what I was doing wrong. The oral inflate seems to function more effectively if I begin to exhale and then press the inflate/deflate button. This seems to direct the air to the BCD rather than through the regulator exhaust.

Regards,

Jason
