Due to some unusually late cancelations we now have 2 cabins available on our ‘Transnusa’ and also our ‘Alor-Komodo’ cruises.

The rest of 2011 is all booked up, so this is a great chance to get some more dives under you ‘weight’-belt!!!

We are pleased to offer a very special discount, per person, if you book a cabin on the ‘Transnusa’ trip ... or if you can join the longer ‘Alor-Komodo’ trip then we are pleased to offer an even more inviting discount.

These great offers won’t last long, so act fast and contact us today!

Cruise Details:

Transnusa 11-night Cruise
  • Embark 13 September, Bali. Disembark 24 September, Maumere.
  • This cruise includes professional UW Photo Workshops with Claudia Pellarini-Joubert and Leon Joubert, from BittenBySharks, who will be on hand to share their photo tips and vast experience, so you go home with not just incredible memories but also some great images to show your friends!

Alor-Komodo 13-night Cruise
  • Embark 25 September, Maumere. Disembark 8 October, Labuanbajo.
  • On this two-week trip, explore sites east of Flores and the Pantar Strait, as you discover the magic of Alor - one of the best kept secrets for diving in paradise. Keep a look out for one of Alor’s most photogenic stars - the beautiful Rhinopia scorpionfish - which are plentiful in this area. Also on this trip, see the famous Pura Island villagers splash out of their wooden dugout canoes and dive underwater with home-made goggles fashioned from wood and glass bottles!

Operation and Vessel Details:

Indonesia is the world’s no.1 spot for diversity. Whether its nudibranchs and rhinopias you’re after, or manta rays and schooling fish, this cruise really has it all. Plus, we dive in the shadow of an active volcano to feel the bubbling hot springs, and even take a stroll on land with Komodo’s giant lizard population.

As you know, the Arenui is an exquisite ship and a work of art in itself, with its wooden detailing and decorative touches. Enjoy our exceptionally spacious cabins, tastefully furnished with exquisite handicrafts from each of the Indonesian provinces. Relax in our indoor restaurant or enjoy the view from our fabulous skydeck. Rather than the typical dive liveaboard buffets, you will be able to choose from our daily a-la-carte menus.

Take a few minutes to enjoy our online photo gallery and rest assured that the Arenui is the most luxurious dive Liveaboard currently operating in Asia.

The luxury extends to our dive operation, with small groups and expert guides. Our 3 Indonesian divemasters (Ali, Toby and Wawan) are rated amongst the most knowledgeable in the region. Ali was trained for many years by Larry Smith (“the legend” of Indonesian’s diving industry)., Wawan has spent several years diving Komodo and Raja Ampat areas and Toby has an amazing knack for spotting rare critters (famous for being the first to spot the psychedelic frogfish in Ambon Bay). The whole operation is led by our 2 highly experienced western cruise directors, Jerry and Debbie.

With 22 crew serving a maximum of 16 guests, we aim to make your cruise a truly relaxing and first-class experience!

:D
We hope you can join us on one of these special cruises this year. If not this time, then we hope to welcome you onboard the Arenui very soon.

Happy diving and all the best,
The Arenui Team :)

Anyone available to join dive trip this Sunday (25)?

We've still got a space left on our Alor-Komodo 13-night cruise... departing Maumere, ending Labuanbajo... BUT this is the LAST cruise for 2011 with any availability, so book up quick!

Alor: best kept secret in diving, including the chance to see photogenic Rhinopias in all their colourful glory! Head over to our FB event page (at 25.Sep Alor-Komodo Cruise | Facebook) for more info on the cruise and our operation :)
