I live in Kyoto and want to explore the diving near here--Shirahama, Wakayama; Kashiwa, Kochi (on Shikoku Island). Also interested in a dive on sunken battleship Mutsu in Oshima, Yamaguchi. Interested in sharing tips with any divers in Kansai area.
