I really don't think me losing my filter was a matter of incorrect assembly. Apart from the fact that I have an engineering degree and understand the importance of putting the right screw in the right hole, I had used the filter on probably around 100 dives. If it was incorrectly assembled it would have come off at least during the first 10 dives. And I watched the tutorial before I assembled it.
