Just back from diving in Tulamben on Thursday. Viz was excellent on the Liberty. There is no one there so you will have the place to yourself. On the other hand viz at Gili Trawangan was very poor.
Bali/Nusa/Gili - should we go February vs. May? Much difference?

Ended up in Koh Lanta in Thailand for a week. Weather and vis are great here. So I think we made the right choice. We'll arrive Bali on April 28 for 7-10 days.
