If i rember right nicholas canyon parking lot is not that big its not like the leo parking lot. Its pretty small. and im sure there are not going to be alot of people at 8 in the moring there besides us. Dont go down the hill i belive that is handicap parking down there. oh and dont forget the $ for parking i think its 6$ see you all tomarow

Oh and rick what is the final count on people going to be there so far?

16 plus, from what I can count. There may be a few more show up that haven't posted.

I've never been to Nicholas Canyon, any particular part of the parking lot everyone parks at?

As soon as the lot opens, I will be there with the infamous Beach Crab Banner. You can't miss it:wink:

See everyone there,
Rick

Had fun today could not ask for better weather conditions. Nice sunny Flat as a pond out there. Vis was only about 1 and half of me at best, and a nice 30'dive. but no sharks this time for me :) It was nice meeting ya all. well the ones i didnt already know :).

A big thank you, to everyone for the great turnout. I really enjoyed myself, and had 2 of the best dives I have had in a long time. Thanks to my buddies Ken, Jeff, and Christian.

The Beach Crabs Picnics are a treat once a month. I can't wait for the next one. They would not be what they are without you. Thank you all!

Rick

Epic time was had by all!!! Not the best vis but we still had some of the best diving. Rick, Christian thank you guys for being great dive buddies and helping with the hunting we made a killer team.
I am not much of a surface swimmer but that second dive was unbelievable to say the least and well worth the effort. Anytime you two want to dive I am ready... you find it I will shoot it!!! Did you guys enjoy your halibut?
Thank you guys for everything and whens the next?

These dive 'n picnics are some of my favorite events you host. Thank you, Rick! It was also great getting a chance to dive with you again. Good to see so many there and having a great time. I had an awesome time diving this site for the first time, and I am definitely coming back. There is so much life there, and the reef is huge. The raffle prizes were generous for you to have, and I liked the method of delivery. I can't wait until the next one!

Thanks Rick for continuing to set these up. I had a great time. You're doing great things with the Beach Crabs, I can see it continuing to grow. It was fun seeing familiar faces and meeting new people too. And thanks to Ken for taking Sam and I on that second dive, you're a really good dive leader. That was a lot of fun, I hope to dive again with you, I can learn a lot from you. The LA program taught you well.

And thanks to Mrs. Rickster for all the help with the food and for shore support!

Hope to see everyone at the next one at Vets.

Thank you Rick for a great picnic. :bananalama: You must have pulled some serious strings for such a great weather. The dives were awesome even with the low viz because we were still able to explore the reefs and see some beautiful life down there. :jump013: I really enjoyed all the conversations and laughters. It was super seeing the new faces and even Jeff's. Mrs Rickster (Theresa), thank you for cooking the meat in the hot sun. You're a rockstar in my book. :bang: I can go on thanking everyone for their contributions... I love being a part of the Beach Crabs. :57:
