What is the best way to trim a latex neck seal? I've heard that putting it around a tank and cutting it with a utility knife is an easy way to do it and it leaves a nice finish. I've also heard of people doubling up the seal and cutting through both layers at the same time with a good pair of scissors. I don't really like that idea because the layer underneath that you don't see could move and the cut wouldn't be straight. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
Fred

Do a search. I remember a pretty good thread on this a couple of weeks back.

Go to a fabric store and get a rotary cutter (it's like a small pizza cutter with a ridiculously sharp blade). Streatch the seals over a cup (wrist) or plastic pitcher (neck) and trim. Very clean, continuous cut.
