A few Weeks back I started putting up bird feeders and now and again I see a new one (to Me).

This guy looked like a finch (small) black and white markings on the back with a hair do that any punk would be proud off. It stuck straight up from the top of its head lots of it and it was hair as opposed to being solid.

I have looked in my books and searched on line with no luck
