Make sure you're not exceeding your 1 foot per second ascent rate. Fast changes in ambient pressure will stress your sinuses and could cause some bleeding.
 
Quick update,

i still got a bloody nose on our dive on sunday!! Not sure what my ascent rate was a little quick from only 10ft (max dive depth 15ft), probably was a little over 1ft/sec. Still is pretty much a small thing, i mostly only notice after the dive it has happened.
