I like the blue and white.
 
The whites on the Ray and fish stand out more to me.
 
I like the black and white because the blue and white has a blue color cast. If you are able to correct the white balance (the sand and ray fins should be white) then maybe the colored version is equally attractive. If not I prefer the black and white version. That is what I do under limited light conditions. Sometimes the B/W picture is just more pleasing to the eye. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder so you better choose what you like best.
 
I agree with gustele. The B&W looks more 3D to me, the blue looks a bit flat.
 
Ok, here are the same two above with an added one that gets the color as close to "real" as I could get it (not much red light to work with).

I like the green, The black and white has great contrast but doesn't look as real. I chose the blue until you showed the new ones. Great photo all the same
