Blue Grotto, Jimmys BBQ

I know this may be a little off topic but... Can anyone help me find a recipe for BBQ like Jimmy serves at Blue Grotto. I have never had BBQ like it before. I asked Jimmy about it and as most BBQers he is tight lipped about his recipe. I was hoping that maybe someone here had something similar on file or knew where it might be on the net.

Jimmy did let on that it is tomato based, had lemon juice in it, a little oil, and no vinegar.

I have no intention of going into the BBQ business but driving to Florida every other weekend is hard on the pocket book.

I think the secret is the gallon of butter he spreads on the bun and toasts. Too many of those things at a time will thicken your blood!

The butter helps. But, the real secret is the finishing sauce.

I know it is good I already tried. Can not help eating all day long. pork chicken i wish he would get lamb like the bbq place near me has. i also tried to coax the mistery sauce out of him but no luck
