Hey all, I was graciously lent a diopter for my little ole camera. And guess what? I lost it! Ugh!!!! If anybody finds a diopter on the east side, probably near the shore out to about 4' deep, please consider returning it to this humble diver. Thanks.

What sort of camera is it for? I have two that I have no use for that I might be willing to part with. (Just in case you don't find it)

Does anyone have some tips on spotting nudies? I have yet to find one to film at the bridge. Having never seen one in person, I'm not exactly sure what to look for or where.

Yellow pages under "Gentlemen's Club"....

Sorry, that was low hanging fruit....

Look for little tiny white things on hydroids. These are probably the most common and easiest to find.

Wow, they are even smaller than I imagined. So they are found on the mixed substrate bottoms, not plain sand? West or East span? I'll be looking for them this Saturday morning.
I think i might need a stronger diopter.:idk:

Watch this video of mine, fast forward to 6:24. There's a nudi, which should give some perspective. I've seen them on large rocks as well.

Thanks, that helps. They sure are slow.

I always hear about the elusive, mystical "nudi world" at the bridge.

That wasn't taken at nudi world, that was DjTimmy's Nudi Night Club.

Best place to find nudis? everywhere? I have found them east, west, out in the open, along walls, rubble, fast moving current, off to the side.. hydroids though seem to be the best place to find them. How to find em? Go slow. Now go slower. You might need to pick a 5x5 area and spend 10 minutes there.. Only place I haven't found any is in the parking lot, LOL.. Nightitme is better for finding them, as is way before high tide or way after.. and they seem to like dirty water.. And yes, they are little.. about 1cm is a decent sized one.
