Book recomendation wanted

The Noaa diving manual is excellent and is also available on CD rom

I also like the NAUI Mastering advanced diving as well as many of the BSAC books which have some good content.

The PADI dive encyclopedia is very informative but in need of updating.

Thanks to all who replied.
As there doesn't seem to be one overriding winner it looks like I'll have to purchase 2 or 3 and decide for myself.
