I tried my rig for three dives today and four pounds was indeed enough, in fact I still have to add some air during the safety stop. I was thinking of moving to two pounds but one pound weights are hard to come by where I'm from; and I might want to stay a little negatively buoyant for currents.

Cool glad you got it sorted, being a pound or so overweight is no big deal and it can help at safety stops if there is swell etc. Safe diving.
