Hello, I'm in the process of planning parts for building a DIY Hookah. Looking for peoples opinions on whether to go with 8mm 5/16" or 10mm 3/8" breathing hose.
What are some of the pros and cons of either size?

I'm thinking that the 10mm would be better, but is it over kill? The max depth i'll be diving is 7mtrs.

The length of hose I intend to use will be 25mtrs 75ft, if that makes a difference.

Cheers lads
