How Brownies Cool-Temp membrane technology is unique in the industry.
All high-pressure compressors generate heat while in operation, but heat is the enemy of the machine. Excessive heat can break down the compressor oil leading to premature wear of seals and components. Elevated temperature makes removal of moisture from the gas being processed more difficult, placing additional strain on the filtration system and more rapid saturation of filter cartridges.
Other membrane nitrox production systems use heat to achieve adequate flow and performance. Unfortunately, that heat is then ingested by the high-pressure compressor. Excessive heat can void the warranty of the high-pressure compressor and cause damage to the machinery.
