Thanks for all the recommendations! I am 6' and 220. I use a steel back plate and an Al80 tank. usually with a 3mm full wetsuit. I wear 6lbs on a weight belt. Most of my diving is in fresh water. I think I need to do a formal weight check. I think moving some weight to the upper cam band may help.
