Looking at setting up a camera rig to mount to a DPV.

Using the DiveX modular mount
Gopro 7/standard case
Sola 3800
Sola 12000

I want the the setup to be neutral to be able to take it off the dpv/move it to another one.

Is there a recommended starting point?

Assemble the mount with lights/camera/arms/etc and weigh the setup submerged with a luggage scale (I tie a string between the scale and the camera). Then add floats needed to offset the negative buoyancy (or remove trim weights from the scooter).
