Hi Divers today was the best Day of the week Vis was up to 35 feet in shallow water and 45 on the deeper Dives.
Water temp also wamer around 79 surface and 72 at 65 feet.So we have switched to 3.2mm full suits. It appears that summer is in full swing this means warm ,calm and clear water is coming.Water was super calm and almost no wind today.
Divers reported seeing large schools blue and gold snappers, and yellow Tail Tuna at the north wall.Lots of Dog snappers and PanamaGraysbys at Peligan Rock along with the normal 100s of Species of tropical marina seen there daily.
We are keeping our eye on a storm thats 500 miles south of Cabo San lucas that should be a class 1 Hurrican and might get stronger this week. The forcast is for it to head out west before getting to close to Cabo.:cool2:
Thanks

Dive Report from Cabo San Lucas June 22nd. 2011 from Baja Dive
Hi Divers. Water Temp. at surface was 68 Degrees at 60 feet it was 64 Degrees. Vis was poor today. There are still more fish than we have normaly have.In my 16 years Diving the Sea of Cortez I have never seen so much Marine life at any Dive site. Its like someone over filled the Aquarium with triple the amount of fish.So even with the Vis. low you just cannot help but seeing thousands of Fish at any site.
Today we had a slight wind blowing. Water was calm with just the normal slight current along the walls.
Conditions should Improve as we move into summer its normal to have mixed Vis this time of year.July is when conditions normaly start to Improve.
Thanks
Dee
