I opened the 2nd stage up the other day. I didn't disassemble the valve, but rinsed and soaked everything. Here is what I found:

It all looks pretty clean and to be in good shape.

Depending on how long it has been since it was serviced, the LP seat may be hard or at least deeply indented, if you have freeflow issues, it will need to be replaced, otherwise it looks good. The Conshelf seconds will look the same (style wise) inside.

Thanks Herman! I plan to replace the seats when I open up that part, mostly because I have no idea the last time it was serviced.
