Can I remove this video light from the arm?

Hello folks, I recently purchased a Sea and Sea flash and I’d like to use it on my existing Sealife tray with the existing Sealife arm. In other words, I don’t want to spend more money.

As shown in the photos, I have a Sea Dragon video light on a SeaLife quick release type arm. The Y-S connector looks pretty standard but how can I take the light off the top? Does that little cap with the two nubs pop on and off? Or do I need to unscrew it?

You do need to spend more money, but not a lot.
You do know the video light is also on a quick disconnect from the arm, right?

Add the YS connector to your flash, and you can switch back and forth easily.
