Canon TX1

Has anyone looked at this camera? To me, it seems like a pretty nice setup, both 7.1MP + 10x Optical (for land) and HD quality movie capability. All for only $499. I dont know if there are workings for an underwater housing for this - but it would be nice to see..I emailed Canon regarding this so I guess we will see!

Well, just got word from Canon..Kind of disappointing but I guess there are always hope for the more $$ aftermarket enclosures..

appreciate the opportunity to assist you with your PowerShot SD400 and
future product inquiries. From experience, in the past Canon releases
available accessories to market about the same time the digital camera
is released to market. I am sorry that there is no Canon underwater case
available at this time for the PowerShot TX1, PowerShot S3 IS and S5 IS.
