Can't access "Create Good Pre-Dive Habits To ..." via most links

I see this article linked in several locations, but am unable to open it, instead seeing:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

If I search the title, I can find and open it in the Vivid Pix forum, but most other pathways produce the error message above.

LOL, take your pick. Of all dozen or so times I've seen links in the last week, the only one that worked was one from the SB search.

The first link is the article portal, I don't see it not working.

The second link (the article) didn't work, but now it does.

If there are other broken links, please let me know specifically the links, so that I can investigate.

Thanks. The link on the content page - the portal? - is the one that hasn't worked a dozen times. It does now. The one in the vBCms post also now works.
