Pay the money at the luggage transport and your dive gear will be waiting for you at the dive park. When your done diving for the day, call them, they will come pick it up and store it until you leave. Worth every penny.
 
Fall is the best time. I always had a dolly but I lived in California. Lobster Trap never disappointed me for post-Dive food. Lots of stuff in crevices, underhangs and mini-caverns so a hand held light makes a huge difference in spotting critters.
