Age 22-35. I'll remember not to book your shop when I go to GC.

Rescue Diver68, You obviously disagree with age-ism; how do you feel about sexism??? "female padi instructor(22-35 years old)"

LOL you's obviously never been to the Cayman Islands...they abide by their own set of rules...

With babysitting duties involved I wouldn't want an aging male, even is he was a catholic priest!

HAHAHA! Babysitting, maid services from a dive instructor. Yep, marking you off the list of dive ops I'd choose from on GC!

Oh, I have been to Caymans several times. Its about principle not a set of rules.

It would be nice if all help wanted adds detailed expectations so clearly before you fly out for an interview. Nothing like the first day on the job and the boss says "Oh by the way could you..." I must admit that all of the female boat captains that I know, and I work at a Marina, none of them would work for a place that expected condo cleaning and baby sitting. They are not just starting out in their careers. On the other hand, if my daughter was old enough, it sounds like an opportunity she would jump at. She has some training with IYT, power boat and sailing training, kids adore her, and she already cleans houseboats for diving money. It would be a way to get paying expercience for a young instructor and its in Grand Cayman. I sure there are a lot of other young women just starting out that would do the same.
