I think I have seen that turtle before...or one just like him on Little Cayman. He looks like he had a transmitter glued to the back of his shell at one point or something. It almost looks like some kind of cement stacked on the outside of the shell.
 
It was on Day 1 of diving off Brac(--we dove LC Bloody Bay Wall on Day 2)--dive site I think was Angel Reef, or very close to it..

EDIT:...do remember it was a very small one, was shooting WA & within 6 inches to 2 or 3 feet on all(12) upcoming shots......
