I enrolled my son about two months ago and sadly I have discovered that he has no interest in diving. My wife stated that she would like to learn. I would like to change the course to her name. I contacted the dive shop I had intended to use for the practical and can't get ant help. They said I needed a number and I forwarded my receipt email. Then nothing. I waited a couple weeks. I sent an email asking the status. Nothing. I sent another, again nothing. I finally texted the instructor and he repeated I needed to get him the number. Evidently he didn't check his email back when I followed his first instructions. I repeated that he had everything I had.

What do I need to do now? Thanks and standing by.

Email Sent. I sent it initially to the "/" address you listed. Doh!

I just forwarded the email I sent to the instructor I was going to use. Thanks for anything you can do.
