I use to dive an artifical reef in the bay about 18 years ago. Mostly old car chassies and other junk. It was marked on the chart of the bay but is hard to find. Depth is only 15-20 feet. Not many divers knew about it or else couldn't find it. On a high tide visibility could 20 feet. There were usually a few grouper on it you could hand feed with some squid. I would visit it when weather didn't allow going offshore.
