Costa Rica is now open to tourism but unfortunately US citizens are still not permitted to enter. This may change in 2 weeks when the Costa Rica review the policy.

The Government of Costa is implementing a phased reopening plan for the resumption of international travel to Costa Rica. Canada, EU, UK and 40 other countries are permitted to enter as of August 13 with certain conditions including they must show proof of a negative PCR test for the coronavirus, taken no more than 48 hours before the flight to Costa Rica. All tourists must show proof of comprehensive insurance that covers COVID-19 medical expenses and extended lodging in case of quarantine.

At this time, we have a variety of great opportunities on the following Cocos liveaboards:

$3200 aboard the OKEANOS AGGRESSOR I + II for August 30 - September 10, September 19-29, and October 17-27, 2020. Must be booked by August 30.

$4500 aboard the SEA HUNTER for September 14-24 and October 10-20. Limited spaces.

Please check with us for spaces on MV ARGO as we have a number of groups who have chartered various cruises but in this constantly changing environment we are not sure if they will all be able to travel, so spaces may open up.

We are here if you have any questions.

Latest update from Costa Rica is that they are permitting residents of 6 US states to enter CR, as long as they have had a negative result to the PCR Covid test within 48 hours of their flight - No easy task - and the US states are NY, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticutt and Maine.
