Good lord you guys know a lot of stuff.

well, now we know where all the cool old regs are.

i like the in-line compactness. but then, I don't know squat about regs, new or old so I am pretty much just basing this all on aesthetics.

Unfortunately, the Conshelf XIV in DIN is not compact. The Conshelf DIN adapter sits on top of the yoke tank connection, which makes the DIN regulator body longer than the Yoke version.

If you had both DIN and Yoke Conshelfs attached to tanks, the DIN regulator would protrude about 15mm more.

The old Gen 1 AL Titan in DIN is a very compact in-line regulator that is internally the same as a Conshelf. It's not shiny chrome though.

You're right. That's a nice compact reg. Just gotta wait for a DIN to come up, I guess.

Thank you.

The MK-3 has a smaller piston diameter and you have to use a Sherwood DIN adapter to make it DIN.
Seriously?!!! I have an MK3 and a Sherwood DIN wheel, I’ll have to try that. Anything I should know or just a straight swap?
