Does anyone have any good plans for a continuous nitrox blender? I'll be running it through a small portable compressor so any advise would be greatly appreciated. :D

Oxyhacker's book is the bible on it.

I have a different style of stick that makes use of an annular ring where the oxygen fully mixes within six inches of the stick. Some pictures and a description are here.

Bottom line is you'll need some PVC pipe and fittings, some vinyl tubing, a couple of brass fittings and a welding oxygen regulator. You'll also need some way to measure the oxygen content of the mix going into the stick.
